Drip coffee: hot or iced plain coffee, or a cold brew - add a little heavy cream and/or a sugar-free syrup.
Americano: espresso with water - add a little heavy cream and/or a sugar-free syrup.
Latte: order a "breve" and they'll use half and half instead of milk, or you can ask to sub heavy whipping cream - add sugar-free syrup if you want.
