Bacon Mushroom & Swiss Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 6 (4 oz) chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 6 slices swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, chicken broth, chicken breasts, and mushrooms in a crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
  2. When chicken is cooked through, stir well to make sure broth/cream cheese/mushrooms are mixed.
  3. Place a slice of swiss cheese on each chicken breast and sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Turn crockpot up to high, cover, and cook an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
