Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 lb pork tenderloin
  • 6-8 pieces bacon
  • 2 Tbsp diced garlic
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp sage

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine garlic, basil, oregano, thyme, parsley, and sage. Generously coat the tenderloin with herb mix.
  2. Wrap tenderloin with the pieces of bacon, tucking the ends underneath.
  3. Bake in the oven at 350o F for 20-25 minutes, until reaching an internal temperature of 150o F. To get the bacon extra crispy, finish under the broiler for 2-3 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
