Bacon Wrapped Shrimp


  • 16 medium/large shrimp, raw, peeled and deveined
  • 8 slices of bacon, cut in half

For marinade:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
  • salt & pepper, to taste


  1. In a large bowl, combine ingredients for the marinade. Stir in the shrimp, cover, and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 450o F.
  3. Wrap each shrimp with half a slice of bacon.
  4. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the bacon-wrapped shrimp on it. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp and the shrimp is pink.
