Blue Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 oz blue cheese crumbles
  • salt and pepper, to taste

 

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan and sautee garlic for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  2. Whisk in heavy cream and warm it to almost boiling. 
  3. Add blue cheese, salt and pepper and whisk until melted and sauce thickens.
