Blue Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 Cup heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 oz blue cheese crumbles
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a small saucepan and sautee garlic for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Whisk in heavy cream and warm it to almost boiling.
- Add blue cheese, salt and pepper and whisk until melted and sauce thickens.
