Crockpot Buffalo Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (12 oz) bottle buffalo hot sauce
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • ranch dressing or blue cheese (dressing or crumbles)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in the slow cooker. Add ranch seasoning and 1/2 of the hot sauce on top. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  2. Once the chicken is done, drain any extra liquid and shred the chicken using 2 forks.
  3. Returning the shredded chicken back in the slow cooker, add the butter and remaining hot sauce. Stir until the butter is melted and ingredients are well mixed.
  4. Serve in a low-carb wrap/pita or lettuce wrap, topped with ranch dressing or blue cheese (dressing or crumbles).
