Crock-Pot Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients
- 8 cups strong brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup swerve granulated sweetener
- 3 T pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Instructions
- Whisk together all ingredients in the crockpot.
- If starting with cold coffee, cook on high for 2 hours. If using hot coffee, set crockpot to the "keep warm" setting.
- Serve with whipped cream, extra cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice on top.
