Crock-Pot Beef Fajitas
Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 jar (16oz) salsa
- 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 4 carb smart tortillas (optional)
Instructions
- Add salsa to the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add beef, peppers, onion, and fajita seasoning. Stir to mix well.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high 3-4 hours.
- Serve with low carb tortillas and sour cream.
Nutrition: serves 4; 450 calories, 3gm net carbs, 50gm protein.
