Crustless Spinach & Feta Quiche
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 10 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Coat the inside of the slow cooker insert with the butter.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream and pour into the slow cooker.
- Stir in the spinach, feta and parmesan cheeses, garlic, pepper, and salt.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top. Cover and cook for 7 hours on low.
