Dark Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 oz dark chocolate (at least 80%)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup Truvia baking blend sweetner
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350o F. Butter an 8x8 baking pan or line with parchment paper.

2. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a saucepan or microwave.

3. Using a hand mixer, beat the Truvia sweetner into the chocolate and butter mix. Add eggs one at a time, beating well between each addition.

4. Stir in the vanilla extract, then add almond flour, salt and baking powder.

5. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting.
