Kielbasa & Cabbage Skillet

 

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fully cooked Kielbasa, cut in half lengthwise & into 2 inch pieces

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 head Cabbage, chopped

  • 1 large Onion, chopped

  • 3 cloves Garlic

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • ½ tsp Pepper

  • 2 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar

  • 1 ½ tsp Dijon Mustard

 

Instructions

1. Heat Olive Oil in large nonstick pan over medium-high heat, add Kielbasa. Cook, without stirring for 1 minute. Then Stir occasionally for 3 minutes. Transfer to plate.

2. In same pan, with kielbasa fat, add Cabbage, Onion, Garlic, Salt, and Pepper. Combine and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Mix in Vinegar and Mustard; add the sausage back to pan and cook for 2 minutes to heat through. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

4. Serve hot.
