Lettuce Cheeseburger
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground Beef
- 1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp dried Oregano
- 4 slices American Cheese
- 1 large heads Iceberg or Romaine lettuce
- 2 Tomatoes, sliced thin
- 1 Red onion, sliced thin (optional)
Spread
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 3 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
Instructions
- Heat grill or skillet on medium heat.
- In large bowl, mix together Beef, Salt, Pepper, and Oregano.
- Divide mixture into 6 sections and form patties.
- Place patties on grill/pan and cook for approximately 4 minutes on each side or until done.
- Place a slice of cheese on each cooked burger.
- Mix spread ingredients together in small bowl.
- Place burgers on a large piece of Lettuce. Top with Spread, slice of Tomato, and red Onion. Wrap the lettuce up over the top and Enjoy!
