Low-Sugar Hot Cocoa

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp granular Swerve sweetener
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

1. In a microwave safe mug, combine almond milk and heavy cream and microwave for 1 minute.

2. Stir in sweetener and cocoa powder, and microwave an additional 45 seconds.

3. Serve with whip cream and cinnamon on top.

Nutrition: serves 2; 90 cal; 2gm net carb; 3gm protein.
