Maple Pecan Chaffles
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp maple extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat waffle iron according to appliance instructions.
- In a bowl, whip together eggs, cream cheese, maple extract, and cinnamon.
- Add in mozzarella cheese and nuts, mixing until well combined.
- Add batter to the waffle iron, being careful not to overfill. Cook until golden brown - a minimum of 4 minutes.
