Oven Roasted Veggies
Ingredients
- Broccoli, 1 head chopped
- Carrots, 5 large peeled/chopped
- Red Onion, 1 large chunky chopped
- Olive Oil, 3 Tbsp
- Salt/Pepper
- Other Optional Veggies:
- Green Beans
- Cauliflower
- Mushrooms
- Brussel Sprouts
- Asparagus
- Zucchini
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Place parchment paper over cookie sheet.
- Chop veggies- spread over cookie sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil, season with salt/pepper or other seasonings desired.
- Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes or until veggies caramelized.
