Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops (4-5 oz each)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 oz crushed pork rinds
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Combine parmesan cheese, crushed pork rinds, paprika, parsley, garlic powder, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Dip each pork chop into the mixture, making sure it sticks to the meat.
- Cook until internal temperature reaches at least 145oF. Great to bake, pan fry, or grill!
