Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops (4-5 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 oz crushed pork rinds
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine parmesan cheese, crushed pork rinds, paprika, parsley, garlic powder, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Dip each pork chop into the mixture, making sure it sticks to the meat.
  3. Cook until internal temperature reaches at least 145oF. Great to bake, pan fry, or grill!
