In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, cucumber, and olives. Cut the string cheese into bite size pieces. Add to the bowl along with the sliced pepperoni. Set aside.
In small bowl, mix the vinegar, oil, garlic, and seasoning. Pour over the salad and mix to coat.
Refrigerate the salad until serving.
