Ranch Pork Chops

 

Ingredients

  • 4 (4 ounce) Pork Chops

  • 4 cups, fresh green beans

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 Package Ranch Seasoning Mix

  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley leaves

 

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly oil baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.

2. Place pork chops and green beans in single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle Ranch Seasoning and garlic; season with salt and pepper, to taste.

3. Place into oven and roast until the pork is cooked through (internal temp of 140 degrees)- about 20-22 minutes. Then broil for 2-3 minutes, or until caramelized and slightly charred.

4. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.

Nutrition: serves 4; 470 calories, 9gm net carbs, 37gm protein.
