¼ cup and 1 Tbsp Almond Flour
2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Salt
¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
¼ cup Heavy Cream (or Sour Cream)
1 egg, cold
2 Tbsp Butter, softened
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, parmesan cheese, xanthan gum, and cheddar cheese.
3. Add cream, egg, and butter and mix with a spatula until well blended.
4. Use medium scoop (about 2 Tbsp) to scoop out dough onto baking sheet.
5. Space 2-3 inches apart.
6. Bake for 16-20 minutes or until biscuits have slightly browned on the top and bottom.
