Roast Beef & Cheddar Cold Plate
Ingredients
- 7 oz Deli Roast Beef
- 5 oz Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Avocado
- 6 Radishes (or other Raw Veggies)
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 oz Lettuce
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Place Roast Beef, Cheese, Avocado, and Radishes over Lettuce.
- Slice Scallion and Mix with Mustard and Mayonnaise to create sauce.
- Use Sauce along with Olive Oil drizzle over plate.
