Roast Beef & Cheddar Cold Plate

Ingredients

  • 7 oz Deli Roast Beef
  • 5 oz Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Avocado
  • 6 Radishes (or other Raw Veggies)
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 oz Lettuce
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Place Roast Beef, Cheese, Avocado, and Radishes over Lettuce.
  • Slice Scallion and Mix with Mustard and Mayonnaise to create sauce.
  • Use Sauce along with Olive Oil drizzle over plate.
