Steak Bites with Blue Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs round steak
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 Tbsp butter, thinly sliced
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut round steak into 1" cubes and place in crockpot.
  2. Pour beef broth over top, then sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Place butter slices on top.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Serve with Blue Cheese Sauce for dipping!
