Steak Bites with Blue Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs round steak
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 Tbsp butter, thinly sliced
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut round steak into 1" cubes and place in crockpot.
- Pour beef broth over top, then sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper.
- Place butter slices on top.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve with Blue Cheese Sauce for dipping!
