Strawberry Cheesecake Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package (1 oz) sugar free cheesecake or vanilla jello
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, regular or vanilla
  • 2 cups diced strawberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, jello, and almond milk with a hand blender until well combined.
  2. Layer cream cheese/pudding mixture with strawberries in 6 small dessert cups.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour and enjoy.
