Tuna & Avocado Salad
Ingredients
- 16 oz canned Tuna
- 2 medium Avocados, chopped
- 4 hard boiled Eggs, chopped
- 2 stalks Celery, chopped
- 1/8 Onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp minced Parsley
- 6 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- In mixing bowl, break up the tuna with a fork. Toss with avocados, hard boiled eggs, celery, onion, and parsley.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Eat out of bowl, serve as lettuce wrap or with low carb tortilla.
