A Lipid Panel includes the following test components: total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL cholesterol, cholesterol/HDL ratio, non-HDL cholesterol.

Are there any special testing requirements?

The patient should be fasting 9-12 hours prior to collection.
