How do you monitor progress?

Monitoring the progress of every patient in our weight loss program is essential to your health and well-being as you work towards your weight loss goal. There are several different aspects of your health that we monitor throughout the active weight loss phase, including:

  • Rate and Amount of Weight Loss
  • Vital Signs
  • Percent Body Fat
  • Percent lean tissue
  • Emotional Stability
  • Biochemical Health
  • Lab Results

All of these factors must be considered to confirm that your weight loss is healthy and stable. Most of our patients are monitored with monthly visits at our office. There are cases where a patient may require an extra visit, or more frequent visits for closer observation, training, and motivation. If the provider feels that you may benefit from added consultation, then they may suggest these added visits for closer monitoring.
